I’ve heard many guys just simply don’t care but My biggest problem is that I have a big heart and I can get attached very easily. I assume someone is genuinely interested in getting to know me or building a relationship when they give me their attention and in that moment it might be true but in many cases when I have gotten attached easy I get burned because the other person just doesn’t give a fuck about me or they did and now they don’t.

I need to be more harsh as in if I am talking to a woman and have some level of attachment after she shows interest in me and suddenly after a few weeks or a month starts acting distant or pulls away, for the sake of preserving my self respect I should probably end things right there and then instead of sitting there basically with my thumb up my ass assuming she is still interested because most likely I will get ghosted or she ends things and I get absolutely burned since she doesn’t care and doesn’t recognize my value.
